Salary: $171,500–$236,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage engineers performing hardware characterization across the division’s product range.
• Define characterization methods, process specifications, technologies, and equipment development opportunities.
• Work with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and address high-value problems.
• Manage experimental tests, evaluate results, and escalate critical technology issues.
• Lead product and technology demonstrations, collaboration with senior and junior managers, and strategic execution.
• Lead initiatives to improve market share.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering and related technical disciplines.
• Experience solving complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to manage multiple related teams, set priorities, and allocate resources.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
