RF System Engineer

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California, USA

Salary: USD 121,900–195,000 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity awards

What you will do

• Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments to characterize RF module performance.
• Design, bring up, and troubleshoot RF measurement setups.
• Lead module debugging, tuning, and optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and report Design of Experiments findings.
• Contribute to advanced front-end module architecture and semiconductor process development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in wireless RF engineering.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment for power amplifier characterization.
• Programming experience with MATLAB, Python, or C# for data processing.
• Knowledge of power amplifiers, RF filters, LNAs, and antenna switches.
• Hands-on experience with envelope tracking systems, ET/APT behavior, AM-AM and AM-PM distortion, and memory or memoryless digital predistortion.
