Supply Chain Planner (Semiconductor): Planning and executing wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations for outsourced semiconductor manufacturing partners with an accent on production planning, supplier performance, inventory control, and SAP-based execution. Focus on resolving capacity constraints and supply risks, improving inventory accuracy and turns, and coordinating customer commitments across cross-functional teams.
Location: Singapore; hybrid work with office attendance at the Tai Seng MRT location

What you will do
- Plan, release, and monitor wafer fabrication, assembly, and test production based on demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity.
- Track work in progress, production output, shipments, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and supply risks across outsourced manufacturing partners.
- Manage supplier performance, production priorities, operational reviews, escalations, and recovery plans.
- Control wafer, die bank, unique material, and finished goods inventory, including reconciliation, audits, and corrective actions.
- Maintain planning parameters and master data in SAP, APS, and related systems; execute purchase orders, inventory adjustments, RMAs, lot scrapping, and material movements.
- Collaborate with demand planning, product management, operations, procurement, logistics, quality, and suppliers on customer commitments, NPIs, product transfers, engineering builds, and qualifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, production planning, operations planning, or manufacturing planning.
- Experience with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations in a fabless or outsourced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, production control, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system and working knowledge of Advanced Planning & Scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
