Manufacturing Quality Engineer III (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage quality improvement project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple complex projects and report status to upper management.
• Identify process nonconformances and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Facilitate or lead kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply Six Sigma and 8D methodologies to standardize processes and improve results.
• Gather process data, produce statistical reports, and create process governance documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Project management experience, including project planning and cross-functional status meetings.
• Practical expertise with quality management systems and process controls.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and perform statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• American Society for Quality Certified Quality Engineer qualification.
