What you will do

• Lead photonics product design activities for AR waveguide display technologies.
• Apply specialized expertise to resolve issues during specific IC design phases.
• Develop concepts and troubleshoot complex problems across the IC design process independently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams on interdisciplinary technical issues.
• Follow complex program schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one relevant discipline and broad knowledge of chip design and silicon validation.
• Experience with multiple tape outs.
• Ability to solve complex problems and recommend best practices for products, processes, or services.
• Strong technical verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment, negotiate technical viewpoints, and work with limited supervision.
• Position based in Santa Clara, California.
