Salary: $169,900 – $254,500 per annum

What you will do

• Lead the optics product engineering team delivering transceiver modules and light engine / CPO products.
• Own end-to-end NPI and manufacturing solution development for advanced silicon photonics products.
• Define and optimize process flows, deliver alpha/beta builds, and ensure production release readiness.
• Drive sustaining yield, quality, and cost improvements across multiple product lines.
• Partner with R&D, Packaging, Test, and external vendors to resolve ramp and yield issues.
• Manage program schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time product launches.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Optical Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in product development or product engineering with EE/ME/Optics/FW integration for volume manufacturing.
• Strong background in silicon photonics, optical transceivers, or related sub-assemblies.
• 5+ years of people management experience in a matrixed organization.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
