What you will do

• Acquire and develop new profitable treasury management relationships.
• Retain, deepen, and manage existing customer relationships.
• Prospect for opportunities, structure and price products, and prepare customer proposals.
• Build relationships with regional partners, relationship managers, and bankers to drive treasury management opportunities.
• Manage relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, joint calling, and weekly and monthly sales results.
• Cross-sell bank products, support outbound calling initiatives, monitor competitor offerings, and mentor colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Three or more years of banking experience focused on treasury management or cash management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or four or more years of banking and/or treasury management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of treasury management experience.
• CTP or another professional designation.
