What you will do

• Analyze and forecast material demand to develop operational plans for delivery and availability at customer sites.
• Coordinate order management in SAP, ensuring timely movement of materials between local warehouses and customer sites.
• Manage relationships with external logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure demand fulfillment.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and implement preventive actions to avoid reoccurrence.
• Utilize Power BI, Spotfire, and Excel for data-driven reporting and operational steering.
• Lead medium-sized improvement projects using Lean and A3 methodologies to enhance end-to-end supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational planning, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a large international company.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by the US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to conduct regular meetings with customers and manage high-pressure dynamics.
