Operational Planner (Supply Chain & Logistics)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan; regular meetings with customers required

hirify.global develops semiconductor manufacturing equipment and operates complex international supply chain and customer service processes.

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and forecast material demand and translate it into operational plans for delivery and availability.
• Coordinate material movements between local warehouses and customer sites, including deliveries, returns, urgent orders, and escalations.
• Manage SAP order execution and collaborate with Customer Service, warehousing, logistics, IT, and external vendors.
• Monitor operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive actions.
• Analyze data and performance using Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, and planning tools.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement and medium-sized Lean/A3 projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational planning, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with operational planning processes, execution environments, and ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Advanced data analysis skills and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align with senior stakeholders and external logistics providers.
• Access to controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations requires prior legal authorization.

• Experience in customer interaction and stakeholder relationship management.
