Lead Material Flow Specialist

Location: McCarran, NV, United States; onsite, C Shift: 6:00am–6:00pm, Thursday–Saturday, every other Wednesday

What you will do

• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing assignments, and operational priorities for warehouse and material flow activities.
• Lead warehouse associates and promote safety, quality, accountability, and accurate execution.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, perform adjustments, and support inventory control initiatives.
• Coordinate shipping, transfers, inventory inquiries, and cross-functional activities with Production, Logistics, and Quality.
• Troubleshoot process, inventory, and quality issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Improve standard operating procedures, train associates, and communicate operational performance and improvement opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, packaging, or material flow.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material handling, Warehouse Management Systems, inventory transactions, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of quality standards, safety procedures, equipment inspections, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, organizational, communication, training, and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely work in a warehouse environment.

Nice to have

• PIT/Forklift certification or operating experience.
