Sr Field Service Technician ($3K Sign-on Bonus) - Greater Dallas, TX Area including Fort Worth & Waco

Location: Home-based in the Greater Dallas, Texas area, including Fort Worth and Waco, United States; regional travel to customer manufacturing sites with occasional overnight travel.

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 USD per hour, plus incentive pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Travel throughout the Greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers, primarily during the day.
• Build trusted customer relationships as a technical advisor and problem solver.
• Identify opportunities for service agreements and newer technology solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to follow customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, bending, stretching, and squatting.
• Technical degree or relevant military training is preferred; equivalent relevant work experience is welcome.
