Maintenance Technician

Location: Remote within the United States; locations listed as Pittsburgh, PA and Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $23.10–$28.88 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems.
• Perform maintenance on facility equipment, including high-voltage test equipment and systems.
• Monitor equipment, parts, and supply inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Prepare mechanical maintenance reports and record work findings in maintenance logs.
• Identify root causes of problems by observing mechanical devices during operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience servicing and maintaining electric machinery.
• Two years of facility repair and maintenance experience.
• Two years of experience handling high-voltage test equipment; five years preferred.
• Proficiency in mechanical calibration and the ability to read and work from blueprints and sketches.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
