Videojet Field Service Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Home-based in Salisbury, Maryland or surrounding areas on the Delmarva Peninsula; regional travel to customer sites is required, with occasional overnight travel.

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 USD per year, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hirify.global coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronics, software, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Provide ongoing equipment support and timely technical solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and provide expert guidance.
• Travel throughout the assigned Salisbury and Delmarva Peninsula territory, with limited overnight travel and occasional voluntary overtime.
• Promote service agreements and newer hirify.global technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, lift, stretch, bend, and squat throughout the day.
• Technical degree or relevant military training is preferred; equivalent relevant work history is accepted.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with front-line operators through senior management.
