Logistics Process Specialist (Semiconductor Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Coordinate urgent customer requests, process exceptions, and operational issues to ensure timely communication and minimize business impact.
• Support cross-region logistics process alignment for strategic accounts, including TSMC, by collaborating with teams in Taiwan, Arizona, Germany, and Japan.
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable logistics solutions covering inbound operations, inventory management, quality assurance, and outbound delivery.
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, service quality, execution consistency, and compliance.
• Analyze logistics operating models across global customer programs and recommend process harmonization and best-practice adoption.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or process improvement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze service requirements, operating models, costs, and process performance.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including inbound, inventory, quality, and outbound processes.
• No supervisory responsibilities; ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and regions.
