Logistics Process & Cost Analyst (Semiconductor)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan; based in Taoyuan. On-site logistics role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Consolidate TSMC logistics processes across regions and develop a maintained logistics playbook.
• Analyze daily logistics operations and translate customer and business requirements into scalable process solutions.
• Analyze costs and operational efficiency across import/export, warehousing, and distribution.
• Prepare reports for operational reviews, issue analysis, solution development, and business requirements.
• Support internal and external audits with required data and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to resolve operational issues, exceptions, and urgent customer requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or process improvement.
• Experience in logistics operations, warehouse operations, process optimization, and logistics project support.
• Strong logistics cost analysis, optimization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Must be based in Taiwan; relocation is not available.
