Sortation Manager (Logistics)

Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan

What you will do

• Manage inbound linehaul receiving and rapidly sort packages onto outbound vehicles for designated delivery stations.
• Create and execute daily, volume-based labor plans, including shift schedules, time-off requests, and performance coaching.
• Maintain safety standards on the dock and sort floor and oversee quality checks to reduce sorting errors.
• Ensure outbound vehicles are loaded and dispatched according to Critical Pull Times and On-Time Departure schedules.
• Track internal package movement, inventory flow, and operational exceptions within the Sub-HUB.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse, hub, or sortation-center logistics.
• Experience with volume-based shift planning, associate scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Hands-on experience with inbound receiving, dock operations, package staging, linehaul dispatch, and strict departure schedules.
• Experience enforcing workplace safety protocols and conducting quality checks.
• Proficiency with package tracking systems, internal inventory flow, and exception resolution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with middle-mile sort centers, hub-and-spoke models, or last-mile delivery station operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous process improvement experience or certifications.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, labor planning software, and data analytics tools for volume forecasting.
