Area Manager (Taichung, Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment and logistics operations across the designated area.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, delivery timelines, and customer-centric quality benchmarks.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase workflow efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize variable costs.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to forecast capacity, mitigate risks, and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Lead complex logistics projects and align frontline, procurement, technology, and corporate strategy stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, warehousing, or fulfillment network management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for translating complex operational data into narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience extracting insights from fulfillment data and deploying scalable solutions.
• Experience managing complex logistics projects and influencing stakeholders across frontline and corporate functions.
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, workplace safety, leadership, and developing operations leaders.

• Experience with diverse, high-performing teams in a rapidly growing or hyper-growth environment.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior supervisors and senior operations leaders.
