Location: Kaohsiung, Taiwan; onsite at the hirify.global General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch in Nanzih Technology Industrial Park.

What you will do

  • Process customer orders from confirmation through delivery.
  • Plan mass production and manage inventory while supporting customer service and KPI achievement.
  • Prepare business and budget planning simulations and reports covering DLP, CRP, and capital planning.
  • Collect, analyze, establish, and maintain reasonable time standards.
  • Initiate capacity and cost improvement projects through continuous on-site observation and analysis.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the semiconductor diode industry or supply chain.
  • Communication skills in both Chinese and English.
