Area Manager (Tainan)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment and logistics operations across the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, delivery timelines, and customer-centric quality benchmarks.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and control variable costs.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to forecast capacity, mitigate risks, and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Lead complex logistics initiatives and align frontline, procurement, technology, and corporate strategy stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, warehousing, or fulfillment network management.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for translating complex operational data into clear narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Analytical ability to extract insights from fulfillment data and deploy scalable solutions.
• Experience managing complex logistics projects and influencing stakeholders across operational and corporate functions.
