R&D Process Engineer (PVD)

Location: Singapore, SGP; work location: Fusionopolis. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Design, conduct, and analyze moderately difficult process engineering experiments within safety guidelines.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties on process systems.
• Troubleshoot process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Organize data, compile reports, and create product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve process engineering problems.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in engineering.
• Experience in process development involving thin films or deposition.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom or laboratory environment.
• Resourceful, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to engineering problems.
