What you will do
- Perform lot disposition and deep-dive data analysis for Final Test excursions.
- Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and reduce lot-on-hold events and cycle-time impact.
- Review SYL and SBL triggers, optimize test limits, and reduce false alarms and unnecessary retests.
- Collaborate with Test Engineering, Operations, OSAT, Quality, FAB, Assembly, Failure Analysis, and Reliability teams.
- Track corrective actions to closure and verify effectiveness through yield and parametric monitoring.
- Drive test-time optimization, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement aligned with KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Product, Test, or Yield Engineering.
- Familiarity with ATE platforms, including TMT, ETS, or Teradyne.
- Advanced analytics skills using JMP or Minitab.
- Experience with DOE, FMEA, 8D, fishbone analysis, test platform conversion, and correlation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site problem solving and execute structural improvements.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with automotive quality requirements, power SiC, or GaN.
