What you will do

• Identify process and tool performance variation and reduce its impact.
• Increase production capacity across new and existing PVD toolsets.
• Support defectivity and scrap reduction initiatives.
• Improve tool reliability, availability, process cost performance, monitoring, and sensor capabilities.
• Define Out of Control Action Plans, qualify alternate parts, and develop technical specifications.
• Participate in or lead cross-functional and lean activity teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication as a PVD Engineering Technician or Engineer.
• Proficiency with AMAT 5X00 Endura and RTP toolsets.
• Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and shifting priorities while collaborating across disciplines.
• Foundational problem-solving skills, initiative, and effective work prioritization.
