Process Engineer II (Slider Cleanroom)

Location: Korat (Nakhon Ratchasima), Thailand; onsite manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate cleanroom process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report findings to the manager.
• Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Planning, and other teams on investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and complete the required documentation.
• Support technology and process transfers from Process Technology Development teams in the USA and Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in cleanroom process engineering.
• Experience with vacuum technologies.
