AI Solutions Engineer

Location: Wood Dale, Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Design and deploy enterprise AI services and workflows.
• Build retrieval systems for complex enterprise data.
• Integrate AI capabilities with CRM, knowledge, data, and operational platforms.
• Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows while evaluating build, buy, and hybrid approaches.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Establish monitoring, evaluation, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement practices for production systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software, cloud, platform, or data engineering.
• Applied AI experience delivering production solutions.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Enterprise API and integration experience.
• Experience with AI workflows, orchestration frameworks, and retrieval systems, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
