What you will do

  • Lead customer onboarding and manage data feeds and system configurations.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Analyze customer data and performance metrics to provide insights and drive adoption.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and service enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role in digital health.
  • Strong technical aptitude for managing data feeds, integrations, and system configurations.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, build processes, and scale the CS organization.
  • Experience managing complex ecosystem vendor partners in healthcare benefit programs.
  • Proven track record of building strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience delivering insights through reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills.
