Senior Implementation Associate (Ecommerce)

Location: Primarily remote within the United States, with an option to work regularly from the Chicago, IL office and travel 1–2 times per year for training, offsites, and team-building.

Salary: $25.60–$37.60 USD per hour base pay, with total on-target earnings of $32–$47 USD per hour including commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Own a rolling book of 65–80 merchants from contract signing through launch and the first 28 days live.
• Drive outbound merchant engagement to accelerate time to activation.
• Meet quarterly attainment goals tied to implementation speed and quality.
• Build and continuously refine implementation playbooks for a new vertical.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and partner cross-functionally to remove blockers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or account management.
• Experience carrying a quota or working toward attainment-based goals.
• Comfort with outbound engagement and high call volume.
• Strong organization and communication skills, including phone-based communication.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and test and adjust processes quickly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with POS systems, Open API, or SFTP integrations.
