HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Support recruiting requisition opening, onboarding plans, and new-hire integration.
• Guide managers and employees through internal transfers and career-alignment opportunities.
• Help managers prepare for annual performance reviews and team overviews.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Conduct exit interviews, update termination records, coordinate final pay, and notify relevant departments to disable access.
• Collaborate on HR projects, improve processes, and ensure employee records are accurate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and company information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Critical thinking, adaptability, pragmatic decision-making, and a people-focused approach to conflict management.
• Results orientation and ability to support organizational culture, values, and behaviors.
