Senior Consultant - Process Excellence (AI)

Location: Dallas or Irving, United States

Base compensation: $100,500–$199,480 per year, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead process discovery, process mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on exposure to process mining and automation tools and methods, including UiPath, Celonis, or Signavio.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts and responsible AI principles covering ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
• Experience with target operating models, controls, or governance is a plus; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
