What you will do

• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes across business lines and improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Design and document future-state processes and develop recommendations aligned with business needs and strategic goals.
• Lead collaboration with business, technology, operations, and corporate functions to execute transformation initiatives and track outcomes.
• Support M&A integration planning and execution, including due diligence, process mapping, risk identification, and project management.
• Analyze operational data, financial metrics, and market trends to inform process redesign and improvement strategies.
• Support change management through communications, training plans, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, M&A integration, or strategic program management.
• Experience contributing to large-scale initiatives and cross-functional change efforts, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques, project management principles, and change management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, critical-thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without formal authority.
