M&A Integration Services (Associate Director)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, New York, South Florida, Southern California, or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $156K–$256K plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration and separation engagements across finance, operations, technology, and HR.
• Advise clients on people, process, and technology optimization, including finance transformation, supply chain improvement, automation, and working capital improvement.
• Analyze financial, accounting, supply chain, and operational issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables while managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and align cross-functional teams on integration milestones, governance documentation, and deliverables.
• Coach and develop junior team members in client and internal settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant consulting, advisory, corporate FP&A, corporate development, M&A, operations planning, logistics, or procurement experience.
• Experience with integration and separation initiatives, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, operating model design, and synergy planning and tracking.
• Knowledge of change management, organizational communication, process mapping, and communication planning.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and/or record-to-report processes.
