What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for advanced semiconductor process development.
• Set device performance targets for Process Design Kit releases and interface with design and foundry partners on circuit-level issues.
• Assess silicon-to-simulation health and readiness for high-volume manufacturing.
• Define test structures and test programs for advanced design-rule validation and device-parameter extraction.
• Apply statistics, data mining, and data analysis to electrical-test, yield, and fab data.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related scientific field focused on semiconductors.
• At least 6 months of experience with semiconductor materials, fabrication, device physics, or electrical characterization of semiconductor devices.
• Ability to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced transistor structures, device physics, test-structure design and layout, or device and circuit simulation.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, and engineering analysis tools.
• Experience with JMP, MATLAB, Octave, JSL, Perl, TCL, Python, SQL, or C/C++.
• Experience with agentic AI, orchestrated LLM workflows, machine learning, deep learning, RAG, knowledge engineering, or dataflow pipeline architectures.
