Associate Engineer (Equipment)

What you will do

• Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties to support and optimize test process operations.
• Develop and implement test process control and improvement methods for production.
• Design and operate test equipment and fixtures while maintaining quality and reducing defects and failure rates.
• Analyze reports and charts, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with specialists and supplier representatives to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance.
• Create process job files, maintain production-area housekeeping, and follow safety and environmental requirements in the cleanroom.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant education and/or 1–2 years of experience in test engineering or wafer-fab production.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
