What you will do

• Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of up to 75 commercial clients with credit outstanding up to $100MM.
• Prospect for new loan and deposit relationships, develop business plans, and execute structured client contact programs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Partner with Commercial Underwriting, Product Management, Treasury Management, and other departments to meet client objectives.
• Assess credit risk, structure lending solutions, monitor portfolio quality, and manage emerging risks.
• Assemble financial information and coordinate complete loan packages for approval presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5–7 years of relationship management experience selling banking products.
• Extensive knowledge of credit and non-credit products.
• Proficiency in credit underwriting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of commercial loan products and lending and compliance regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry approximately 30 pounds when required, subject to reasonable accommodation.
