Materials Project Management

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Manage the supply of outsourced modules and components supporting manufacturing equipment.
• Provide material health updates, lead supplier readiness reviews, and ensure supplier material availability across global locations.
• Manage supplier allocations, short shipments, sub-tier supplier changes, obsolescence transitions, and inventory programs such as consignment, VMI, aged WIP, and safety stock.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase change orders in MRP or a similar planning system, maintain supplier commitments, and communicate forecast updates.
• Maintain accurate part-level lead times, costs, BOM prices, and supplier price variance requests.
• Coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues affecting builds, logistics, engineering, accounts payable, and business process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing suppliers, material availability, purchase orders, and demand or supply planning.
• Ability to work with MRP or similar materials requirement planning systems.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve delivery, engineering, inventory, and build-readiness issues.
• Ability to conduct supplier site visits and audit work-in-progress against supplier commitments and business requirements.
• Based in Singapore for this role; relocation is not eligible.
