What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year commodity strategies using market intelligence and sourcing diversification.
• Own strategic supplier relationships, including selection, onboarding, and performance management via structured governance.
• Drive cost reduction and working capital improvements through complex pricing and capacity negotiations.
• Oversee equipment procurement and Capex governance, conducting RFx processes and TCO analyses.
• Identify and mitigate sourcing, geopolitical, and logistics risks through resiliency measures.
• Lead and develop a global team of procurement and commodity professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in A&T materials and capital equipment procurement strategy and supplier ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of cost drivers, total cost of ownership (TCO), and supply risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Must be based in Singapore.
