What you will do

• Manage statistical inventory sizing for STC spare parts across the region in coordination with regional and central logistics planning, product management, and service hubs.
• Manage materials replenishment processes and maintain supply-chain master data, including reorder points, lead times, and sources.
• Monitor spare-parts availability and service inventory performance, coordinating priorities with supply teams and internal service customers.
• Manage the supply-chain impact of new product introductions, engineering changes, and product obsolescence.
• Optimize inventories across distribution centers, hubs, and field locations to balance customer service levels and supply-chain costs.
• Produce regional and global KPI reporting and support availability modeling and inventory-sizing tools.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field.
• Detailed supply-chain management knowledge and 2–3 years of experience.
• Experience delivering project objectives on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and analytical methods using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of transaction and planning systems such as MAPICS or SAP is preferred.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
