Sample Store and Process Manager

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the sample store, including inventory monitoring and replenishment planning.
• Track and report sample store performance metrics and coordinate functionality enhancements.
• Lead supply chain, customer excellence, and process improvement projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, stakeholder communications, and project portfolios.
• Support audits, maintain process documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing activities across CSC, SCM, and other business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of supply chain experience, including 3–5 years in Customer Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related operational environment.
• Experience managing process improvement and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, customer service operations, KPIs, standard work procedures, and operational excellence.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level is required, along with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
