Compensation Systems Coordinator

What you will do

• Support global end-of-year compensation processes across multiple regions.
• Validate compensation data, system calculations, workflows, currencies, and compensation structures.
• Execute defined system testing scenarios, document results, and escalate issues.
• Identify discrepancies, data issues, and process gaps for review by senior team members.
• Support compensation projects, including regulatory and compliance-related initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation, compile regional inputs, and track system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience or internship exposure in HR operations, compensation, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, basic analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Internship or academic exposure to HR systems or compensation concepts.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Interest in global operations, HR technology, analytics, or compensation practices.
