What you will do
- Design, govern, and maintain global job architecture and job grading systems.
- Lead market benchmarking and salary range design, analyzing labor market trends to inform merit budgets.
- Support the design and administration of short- and long-term incentive plans, including cash and equity.
- Interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess the business impact of reward decisions.
- Provide expert guidance on reward topics to HR and senior leaders in a global, multicultural environment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements
- Solid experience in compensation management within a multinational or global environment.
- Must be based in a European country.
- Advanced Excel skills, with a preference for actuarial or statistical analysis capabilities.
- Strong foundation in job architecture, job leveling, and salary benchmarking.
- Ability to interpret financial KPIs and statements.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
- Interest in technology and recent developments, including AI.
