What you will do

• Design, govern, and maintain global job architecture and job grading systems.
• Lead market benchmarking and salary range design, analyzing labor market trends to inform merit budgets.
• Support the design and administration of short- and long-term incentive plans, including cash and equity.
• Interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess the business impact of reward decisions.
• Provide expert guidance on reward topics to HR and senior leaders in a global, multicultural environment.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Solid experience in compensation management within a multinational or global environment.
• Must be based in a European country.
• Advanced Excel skills, with a preference for actuarial or statistical analysis capabilities.
• Strong foundation in job architecture, job leveling, and salary benchmarking.
• Ability to interpret financial KPIs and statements.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Interest in technology and recent developments, including AI.
