What you will do

  • Design, govern, and maintain global job architecture and job grading systems.
  • Lead market benchmarking and salary range design based on labor market trends.
  • Support the design of short- and long-term incentive plans, including cash and equity options.
  • Interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess the business impact of reward decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance to HR and senior leaders within a global, multicultural environment.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in compensation management within a multinational or global environment.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, preferably with experience in actuarial or statistical analysis.
  • Strong foundation in job architecture, job leveling, and salary benchmarking.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and KPIs.
  • Must be based in a European country.
  • Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Interest in technology and recent developments, including AI.
