Location: Ryan Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana, United States; onsite financial center work with weekends and evenings as required

What you will do

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach, needs assessments, and consultative sales conversations.
• Recommend financial products and services, educate clients on mobile, online, ATM, and other digital banking solutions, and refer specialized needs to internal partners.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine financial center transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage lobby activity, greet and direct clients, monitor risk indicators, and maintain a positive and safe client experience.
• Develop a sales pipeline, support branch growth, and participate in community outreach and business development activities.
• Follow risk management, compliance, security, and operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of sales, client service, or retail experience required; banking experience is preferred.
• Ability to build and expand client relationships and navigate multiple banking systems and digital tools.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 required, with employment contingent on successful registration and background check.
• Ability to work financial center hours, including weekends and evenings, and travel as required.
• Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and lift, move, or carry approximately 50 pounds when required.
