Process Engineer IV (E4) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required approximately 10% of the time.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Develop methods and use new technologies to characterize hardware and complex systems.
• Measure film properties and create product specifications, technical reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Plan and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines, including implementation of new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Train engineers in measurement techniques, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Resolve complex process engineering issues with customers and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects as needed.
