Commercial Deposit Relationship Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire new commercial deposit relationships and establish primary banking relationships.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial deposit clients, supporting retention, balance growth, and satisfaction.
• Identify treasury and cash management needs and coordinate appropriate solutions with Treasury Management Specialists.
• Develop and execute business development plans, contact programs, and customer profiles to achieve growth targets.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for non-credit financial products and services.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, process improvement, growth, and quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of sales and relationship management experience.
• 5–7 years of experience with commercial products and services.
• Strong understanding of business deposit accounts and treasury and cash management concepts.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage a portfolio, and meet growth targets.
• Ability to travel when required, work under stress, meet deadlines, and perform essential physical and operational duties.
