Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

What you will do

• Acquire new commercial banking clients and manage an assigned client portfolio.
• Conduct financial analysis, prepare credit applications, and support accurate client onboarding.
• Identify tailored banking solutions, alternative channels, and value-added services to grow transaction volumes.
• Build and maintain comprehensive client dossiers covering current and future financial needs.
• Visit clients to assess risk profiles and report material changes to approving authorities.
• Apply ADCB service standards and internal policies in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing client relationships and portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
• Role location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
