Manager, Software Engineering (C++)

Salary: $137,369.30–$206,053.95 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage an engineering team of approximately 5–8 engineers.
• Design, prototype, implement, test, maintain, and support software throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, project, operations, and global engineering stakeholders to define technical and product requirements.
• Review software and web application designs, code, technical specifications, and release plans.
• Present and defend architectural, design, and technical decisions while providing technical leadership.
• Resolve technical issues, document systems and requirements, and support software training and operational rollouts.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience with C/C++, database design, and network programming.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale, distributed, and mission-critical systems.
• Experience managing an engineering team and applying software engineering methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and work additional hours when required for coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience applying Agentic AI in the software development lifecycle.
• Advertising industry experience.
