• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and architects across multiple product areas.
• Drive the development of existing applications and new AI-driven platform initiatives.
• Allocate and validate engineering resources based on Scrum team needs and business goals.
• Contribute to software design, development, and integration processes.
• Conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, and facilitate career development for direct reports.
• Provide technical leadership and serve as an advisor to the business on technology trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and experience integrating AI tools into development workflows.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software development.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ingestion, and transformation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with government-facing applications and FedRamp compliance.
• Background in legal tech or eDiscovery.
• Passion for building applications with intuitive user experiences.
