What you will do

• Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of up to 75 commercial clients with credit outstanding of up to $100MM.
• Prospect for new loan and deposit relationships and execute business development plans for targeted businesses.
• Identify client needs, cross-sell financial products, and provide needs-based banking solutions.
• Partner with commercial underwriting, credit, treasury management, and product teams to structure appropriate credit solutions.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality, assess credit risk, and ensure loans remain current and compliant with established terms.
• Assemble financial information and coordinate complete loan packages for approval and presentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 8–10 years of relationship management experience selling banking products.
• Extensive knowledge of credit and non-credit products.
• Proficiency in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and prior credit experience.
• Knowledge of commercial loan products, lending standards, and banking compliance regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry approximately 30 pounds when required to perform essential job functions.
