SBA Product Business Development Officer Sr.

Location: Remote, but this role must be filled in the San Antonio, TX market

hirify.global provides banking services, including SBA lending for eligible small businesses.

What you will do

• Market a full range of banking services to SBA loan-eligible businesses.
• Self-source and originate SBA loans, typically ranging from $350K to $5MM.
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial analyses, and prepare credit packages.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of four years of SBA lending experience.
• At least five years of SBA, business, or commercial lending experience.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• PC and internet proficiency.

Nice to have

• Business or Finance degree.
• SBA loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.
