SBA Product Business Development Officer Senior (SBA Lending)

What you will do

• Self-source and originate SBA loans for eligible small businesses.
• Build client relationships through direct contact and provide a full range of banking services.
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial analysis, and prepare credit packages.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of SBA, business, or commercial lending experience.
• Experience originating SBA loans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and PC and internet proficiency.

Nice to have

• Business or Finance degree.
• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.
