Director, Business Management

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; other listed locations include Gloucester, Massachusetts, and Santa Clara, California. Travel required up to 25% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for the Business Management organization and serve as the primary interface between Sales and the business unit.
• Forecast and deliver booking, revenue, and gross margin commitments.
• Develop and execute division strategies for assigned customer accounts and regions, including market share objectives.
• Align product development priorities with customer roadmaps and high-value programs, while contributing to competitive analysis.
• Lead pricing strategy, margin improvement initiatives, complex negotiations, and order closure with Sales and other business units.
• Manage customer executive interactions, technical review preparation, business presentations, managers, employees, and multiple projects or programs.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of relevant systems, theories, and business practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness applied to financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and contributing to functional strategy.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Strong senior-level negotiation, influencing, and audience-sensitive communication skills.
• Understanding of and compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
