General Manager (Fintech): Building and leading a business end to end, owning P&L, product, team, execution, growth, and profitability with an accent on product strategy, commercial opportunities, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on identifying customer needs, launching and scaling products, building teams and partnerships, and solving operational challenges from idea to results.
Location: Hybrid in Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do
- Own P&L, business strategy, targets, and overall performance.
- Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities, and define products and features to build.
- Work with product, engineering, and design teams to build and launch products.
- Build and lead the team by hiring strong people, setting goals, and managing performance.
- Drive user growth, engagement, revenue, and profitability.
- Build partnerships and operations required to launch and scale the business.
Requirements
- Track record of building, launching, or scaling a product, business, or business unit.
- Experience owning P&L, revenue, growth, or other measurable business outcomes.
- Strong product and commercial judgment.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
- Experience building and leading strong teams.
- Hands-on approach, strong ownership, speed, and ability to operate with limited structure.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, consumer technology, or AI.
