The largest insurance platform in Southeast Asia, currently expanding into Taiwan to build an AI-based insurance platform.
What you will do
- Develop and execute the Taiwan market strategy, covering business planning, distribution, and growth.
- Coordinate the process of obtaining necessary regulatory licenses and approvals in the Taiwan insurance market.
- Establish and manage relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and local ecosystem players.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive go-to-market execution and improve product-market fit.
- Build effective operating processes, reporting structures, and a team culture focused on ownership.
- Represent the organization with industry stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth tech companies.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical and execution-focused mindset for high-intensity environments.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Taipei, Taiwan.
Nice to have
- Experience working within a regulated insurance environment.
- Deep understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape.
